This policy describes how the mobile application "ActBox" ("the App") handles user information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
The App can be used immediately as a guest, in which case no email address is collected. An email address is only collected if you choose to upgrade your guest session into a permanent account.
This data is used solely to provide the App's core task-management functionality.
The App does not include advertising trackers or behavioral analytics tools. We do not collect any personal information beyond what is listed above.
We use the information we collect only to:
App data is stored using Google LLC's "Firebase" cloud services (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). While we rely on Firebase's infrastructure to store and manage this data, we do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your task data is technically restricted via Firestore security rules so that only your own authenticated account can access it.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Settings screen. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below. Account deletion can also be performed immediately from within the App.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
